May, 2012 - Whether you're in the market to purchase or sell a home, I can assist you in a knowledgeable, professional manner. I first earned my license in 1989. For most of my adult life, I have been involved in real estate. Five years ago I worked in commercial real estate, but switched back to residential in April, 2010. I love it! I've found that with hard work and a little creativity, there is no such thing as a "bad market." I've consistently had a high ratio of closed sales for my sellers, and have saved many thousands of dollars for my buyer clients.
In other exciting news, I was thrilled to receive the coveted "Market Dominator" award at a recent RE/MAX Advantage banquet. To qualify for Market Dominator status, an agent must have a minimum of 20 closed transactions or $4M in sales. I closed 23 "sides" in 2011.
